To ensure we have all the correct information on your cancellation please confirm which services with Roar Solutions you wish to cancel.

If you have multiple Domain Names please insure these are also noted.)

> If your domain name was held in a Roar Management Account you will have to set up a personal account with a domain registrar eg. godaddy.com and initiate a domain name move to your account.
> If your domain name is self managed you can make the necessary changes at your registrar.
Email Accounts
(Provide all email addresses you need cancelled.)

If you have an email account attached to your domain please note that when you switch your domain name servers all existing emails on the roar servers will be terminated. Please ensure you have retrieved all emails prior to switching your Domain Name Servers.
Tellem Email Marketing
(Provide your Tellem username)

This is a standalone email marketing platform that can be used by anyone. You are able to continue using Tellem even if you do not have a website with Roar Solutions.
