At Roar Solutions, we follow a structured process to help us achieve the Search Engine Optimization goals you are looking for! Below you will find a break-out of what's involved in our 7-Step Search Engine Optimization process.
Most website owners want more website traffic that translates into leads and firm sales. We work with you to help garner you more website traffic that takes the user to a specific landing page where there would be some sort of call to action (ie. Purchase something, learn more about you etc)
In this important phase we will work with to determine the keywords you wish to target ( # of keywords depends on your package). With this in hand we perform testing to determine the most optimal keywords to target. This is important as certain keywords are much harder to gain rankings so we will determine what keywords would work best for you.
During this phase we will determine where your website stands currently in terms of website traffic and where your website ranks on various search engines for the keywords you wish to target. Also depending on what package you select we will also provide a competitive analysis of up to 3 competitors in your industry.
The site audit phase we will explore your current website, link structure and many more technical items to give us a good idea as to what we would need to change in order to improve it’s effectiveness.
Once we have final approval from you in regards to the keywords you wish to target we would then work with you to optimize your website content for the specific pages we will optimize (# of pages to optimize is determined by the package you choose). This phase is ultimately very important as well as the content on your website needs to reflect the keywords you wish to target.
This phase encompasses hand-submitting your website to various search engines (free search engine submittals) such as Google, MSN, Yahoo, DMOZ.org and more. We also perform many behind the scenes technical items such as creating sitemaps for your website that help Google and Yahoo to index your website quicker and easier.
This phase encompasses placing links to your website on other websites on the internet. There are various free directories we will submit your website to as well we suggest that to further enhance this phase you talk with friends, colleagues, business associates who also have website to possibly include a link to your website on their website. There are also many paid directories on the internet that we can submit your website to as well but these extra costs would be fees payable by you.
Upon final completion we will provide you with your websites baseline report as to where the website was before we optimized it. As this optimization takes months to take effect we will provide you with another update report 3 months after the initial optimization is completed. This allows you to see the progress of your website.
